Vulvodynia

Has anyone out there been diagnosed with Vulvodynia (in other words 'pain in the privates'. My symptoms were thought to have been caused by fibroids but I had a TAH in mid-September and unfortunately, I still have the symptoms. I would like to hear from anyone with a similar experience.
