Kind of a castle date!

Hi ladies,
Sorry it has been so long since my last post. Thank you to Shashi for checking in on me!
I go March 19th for my pre-op and surgery is on the 24th. I had two TVU's done and they revealed some small fibroids, but nothing to really cause that much pain. Dr. believes that it is endo or adeno causing the problems. When I go for surgery, if neither one of those is the problem and it proves to be just pain from the right ovary and adhesions, I won't have to have the hyst. Dr. will do a D&C, endo ablation, lap/laser removal of the adhesions and do a RSO. If she does see a problem, then she will do the hyst. I still haven't decided if I want to keep my cervix or not.
In the mean time, I am so swelled and bloated that my short 4"11 body has ballooned to 170 from 120. I know that some is bloat and such, but this not moving around is driving me crazy! I feel like I don't have the energy to go to the bathroom some days, much less exercise. I force myself to do something each day to keep my from losing it completely, but then it always seems like it hurts worse. I feel like I am darned if I do, and darned if I don't!
Thanks for being here and listening.
Sherri

Kind of a castle date!

I can so totally relate to the weight gain and lack of energy. I was the same way a year ago. I couldn't get myself motivated though to exercise because the "exertion" just forced more blood and clots. I was in pain and bleeding constantly for a couple of months. After surgery, regardless of what you have, you'll probably feel so much better and get back to your normal life.

Blessings,
TC
