today is a good day yay!!! i've had no discharge and no pa

the went to an event saturday and sunday i woke in pain and fatigue stayed in bed all day and i did the samething today. it's weird i don't remember doing anything strenuos at the function. it seems like when i go out walk for a short time like to the neighborhood store, or to my docs. appt. i start to discharge.smh. has anyone else experience this?
