Tomorrow is My Independence Day

I've been inside all evening (bowel prep) watching the fireworks from the window while the rest of my neighbors and family celebrate and I decided that tomorrow will be my Independence Day. I'll be free of so much of the nonsense that I've been dealing with for so long.

And, to cap it off, every year I'll get to celebrate my hysterversary every year with fireworks.

Now, if I could just stop running to the bathroom long enough to get some sleep tonite.

Good morning Sweet Patti~
You are probably still asleep right now, or maybe getting ready to go to the hospital. I AM SO JEALOUS! I hope you don't mind, the day I have my surgery, I will now call my Independence Day as well. I will pray for you as soon as I close this message. Part of my prayer will be that your MD tells EVERYONE that the best surgery he ever did, and the easiest recovery he's ever seen, was yours.

Rosa: you most certainly can use the idea. I was getting so worried, that it helped me to re-frame the surgery as something very positive.
