How should I expect to feel when my first period post op is expected?

my first period after surgery is actually due tomorrow. I have one ovary left but I think it's sleeping at the moment what with all the night sweats and what have you that I keep having.... so far no PMS or anything.

I got some cramping and acne as well. The cramps were nothing compared to the ones I had before my LAVH. I got a little bit weepy too...

I'm 7 months out, kept both healthy ovaries and am 42. By this point, I've totally lost track of when to expect my "period" (I finally stopped looking at the toilet paper a couple months ago:-) and all I have now is occasional pimples and tendency to irritability or being weepy-and every once and awhile a bit of breast tenderness and bloating. And it's wonderful, I can deal with that just fine!

i had sore boobs and wanted to eat chocolate....Cadbury only.
so the usual pms for me, slightly cranky and OH i cry at everything slightly or remotely sad.
