LAVH no libido and intercourse is painful

I'm 10 weeks post-op and my ovaries were left it.
I have absolutely no desire/need/want to have sex. And when I do have sex I don't enjoy it. I've talked to my obgyn about this and he us wanting me to wait a few more weeks before he will even discuss my options for me he keeps saying it has to be stress. I'm 33 and I can't stand the fact my libido is dead. Just wondering if anyone had thoughts/ideas/suggestions for me.

Relax and let your body heal. Simply spend quality time with your DH without intercourse being the expected outcome. Date each other. Make out like you are teenagers again. When you feel ready have lube handy to ease any fear of dryness. Coconut oil is great for that. If you are still not gettin anywhere in a few weeks talk to your Dr again.
