Ok - How do you know if you have a "seroma" ?

I had an infection in my incision... where the drain tube was placed during surgery and removed the next day..... That is all healed up now and my incision is all closed up now.... but my stomach is "lumpy" now and feels like there are marble sized knots in there above and below where the infection was. Also, where the infection was it is very "indented" now... I hate the way my stomach looks!!

No pain in the incison but I do get uncomfortable a bit on my side and the pain seems to go in toward the incision.... Hard to explain..

I go in for my six week check up on wednesday.. should I move it to tuesday?

Also if it is a "seroma" what do they do? Re-open the incision right there in the office? Do they numb you up or what?

Not looking forward to this if that is what these knots are!!! No fever either... just really tired still
