Went to the Doctor today.

I went to my regular Dr not Gyn. He believes I have IBS and that I have had it for awhile going by my history. The operation just made it worse. He put me on Zelnorm, this drug takes a week or two to take affect. I pray this will take away my problems with eating and pooping. He believes in Swelly Belly after a TAS BSO. But I have problems that have nothing to do with swelly belly. I trust this man with my life, which he saved three years ago. I pray this drug works.

I had surgery on same day as you. Sorry to hear you are having problems. I've none people with IBS, can be very painful. Did he tell you to stay away from fatty foods, etc...... Hope you start doing better soon!

For IBS trouble you might do an alternative search about coated peppermint oil capsules and how this may help, perhaps. Some studies done have shown a little promise. But of course, talk to your doctor first.

I have had pain, for sometime now I just thought it was just the way my body worked. Today I took my first pill and the Dr also said to take papaya pills which I am also taking. This pill should start working in a week or so. I pray this works.
