I'm home

Cinnant, Capemay is right. I didnt think of that. Once your head gets out of that "fog" you'll need things to do that consist of nothing. I read.... I read alot. T.v. is okay but I lose train of thought,lol. I had to literally restrain myself from to much cuz of my 5 boys and I always had the feeling like I just HAD to get up and do things.DONT! Somethings can just wait,even with Christmas right around the corner. This IS about YOU.

Heres something else I do,and it will be helpful later on. I keep a journal of everything,emotoins,pains,low times during the day, high times, motions again,lol..... But it has helped me. I can read back and compare,ya know. It helped keep track of meds and pain in the beginning and now it helps keep track of my sanity And when your lying there in bed, bored, overthinking things, its helpful to write. Ive cussed myself out a few times Take care,k!!!!!

HI there everyone that has been wondering or worrying about me . I ended up going down to my sisters for the Christmas Holiday and I just got home last night. The trip was long and I made sure I stoped 2 times because my tummy was starting to get sore . I have been doing good, today makes it two weeks since my surgery, the only complaint is my ups and downs with my mood swings, I go Mon. to be placed on hormone treatmeant I hope it will help. Well take care and I promise I will be on more now that I can sit on a hard fold up chair.
