Calling all repair ladies!

Chelli - I am TOTALLY paranoid about damaging the repair work! If it wasn't for the repair work I wouldn't feel like I was really healing (except for the fatigue). My tummy is fine except for the odd twinge. Having BM's and passing gas is like major glass shards - it's hard to relax when you know the pain is there. I know it will get better - I just wish it would hurry up!!! I don't want any hassles with the repair work, so I guess I'll just really really really take things slow! I keep chanting the board mantra: I have one chance to heal right - don't screw it up!!

Hey Aussiegirl! I had A&P repair, bladder repair, TOT and TVH kept ovaries. It was uncomfortable to sit for about 7 weeks and it is still uncomfortable to walk but I think it is due to the TOT. It seemed to get a little less with each week. Discharge lasted for about 5 weeks.
Hang in there it will get better! I'm also scared of messing up the repairs especially since I'm only 34.Fatigue is still a issue with me.
Dr is waiting to see if the discomfort will go away within the next 5 days. If not it is back I go to get checked out again. Don't over do yourself and listen to your Dr. Give yourself time to heal correctly. Hope you will feel improvement soon.
