TVH Lovely day

I am almost 1 month post op and feeling great. My surgery was a little more involved than anticipated but my surgeon was awesome. The best part, the operating room nurse let me wear my lucky socks ( a multi-colored Dr. Seuss inspired theme ) and a pair of blue surgical gloves so I could be part of the surgical team. My recovery has gone well. Only 1 night at the castle, off my pain meds totally by week 3. I think I had a PMS flare last week ( still got ovaries) and I was both easily annoyed and overly sensitive to everything for a few days. But today, I walked 2.5 miles and ran 1/2 mile. In two weeks I'm going back to work. Hubby has been patient about not pushing for intimacy so I'm really calm about letting that issue lay dormant for a few more weeks. And I don't miss my old, broken uterus and all the misery that came with it. New year - new me - new panties!

While at shopping I walked down feminine products aisle and laughed out loud and thought hallelujah these days are so over. I can wear white all yr round,my sexy panties and not ever worry about accidents. We are FREE.
So hang in there the benefits will pay off
