Lower back pain
I notice the more I do, the more pain I have in my lower back. Yesterday I WAY overdid it and last night could barely walk. I got in my recliner wtih my heating pad.

Nancs,
I called the clinic AGAIN today about returning to work. Thank you for the suggestion. He approved going back to work next Tuesday and will start out part-time to full-time as tolerated. The nurse took care of the form for the disability insurance too. That was worrying me about not getting paid too.
