OvCa: 5 years and counting

Hi all, Today is my 5th year anniversary since being diagnosed with oavrian cancer. I was in remission for 3 1/2 years , which is considered long term. Even though it has returned in a lymph node, the disease is stable and localized.

I feel great and think "in the future". I am getting a divorce, getting a new apartment on a beautiful river, and I am writing a book on how to retrain your mind to free it from fear.

Jesus Christ is my partner in all things and I never feel alone. He is always with me.

There is happiness after ovarian cancer as well as hope and a future. Stay strong.

The most important thing is to turn all the negative comments around. Your mind can be retrained and you can always look to the future with hope and God's promise.
