one year out/ spotting??

It was one year Oct 5th. Sub-LAH , see i even forgot the abrreviations. I have a little cramping and some taint of spotting. I heard that if you still had a cervix you could do this---- but after one years??? Geeeez! I am Climara .025 and I did a one day spot last Feb. Otherwise evertyhing is good. Im not going to run to the doc unless it continues. PAP in April was normal.
Any thoughts or comments???

I had a LSH so I can sympathize with your worry.

I am no-where near a Dr. and possibly it could be spotting from a vaginal irritation such as sex or maybe a vaginal infection?? A mini-period might be possible too. Just my ideas.

If it continues, I suggest you call your Dr. Just to be on the safe side.
