Pelvic Floor Prolapse Alternatives to TAH

I am new here:

Has anyone out there had any experience with uterine suspension in lieu of hysterectomy?

I am 51 and have stage 3 uterine prolapse, a stage 3 cystocele and a stage 2 rectocele and the old standards have been recommended. We are probably going to be out of the country for a few years and I thought I'd better take care of this before we go.

I had surgery for for stage 3 prolapse of my uterus April this year. I had 3 months off work and had only been back st work 2 weeks when it came back this time bringing down the front wall of my vagina as well. I took things easy.
I now have to have vaginal hysterectomy on 24th November plus repairs. I wished I'd opted for this originally now.
