Flavored Magnesium Citrate for prep?

I like your idea of having it cold and with ice.....

I was as aprehensive about the magnesium citrate as I was for the surgery.

I used the lemon flavor and down 8 oz and chased it with sprite and then a spoonful of strawberry jello.

I also took the advise of the other sisters and made it really cold.

Just remember how important it is that you complete the prep. Someone gave me that advice on here and it did make it easier to complete.

I've used it before for other reasons. I buy the one with the 'pleasing lemony flavor'. My secret to finishing the bottle is to use a shot glass, take it like a shot, and take a drink of water. You have to do about 10 shot but it's easier than drinking it straight!

well ladys dont think that stuff is good no matter what flavor lol but my doc said no red . i got the clear, good luck and after any qustion use this sight iam 14 post opp from a lavh they took it all and every day i have had a differnt question even just a couple hours ago new pain ,the ladys on this sight have really kept me from hitting my panic button ,hand in there get lots of rest
