adenomyosis - what else to expect?

Wow- thanks for the post! I have the same thing, pain during intercourse as well! I was more concerned about my sexual drive dropping after my hyster but I feel it won't. Also, I've spoken to several friends who had it done and also had their ovaries removed and they are more "excited" than ever. I think it's all about your state of mind going in as well as your support. I really can't wait to have it done (dec 15 is the date) and also regret I put it off for so long as well.
This website has really put me at ease. I have a concern about the pain pills now. I am taking them like everyday to stop the pain, I am afraid of becoming addicted to them. Is that something that can happen? A friend says a heating pad or heat compress can also help the pain.
