anyone that did not gain on hrt?

I have lost over 20 pounds since I had my surgery and began taking HRT because I made the decision to stick to eating lower-calorie, lower-fat foods in moderate portions, and getting exercise every day. Staying in shape is work, but it's worth it to me to look good and feel good.

I was on HRT (bioidenticals) for most of my peri-menopausal period, about 2-3 years. During that time I lost weight and have maintained the same weight for the last 5 years, almost never fluctuating .5 pound one way or the other. I got off the HRT for a little over a year prior to my hyster to help the bleeding. I started back on them yesterday and already feel better. My Dr uses compounded pellets which are placed under the skin in my hip (or stomach-I always choose my hip). I used both estrodial and DHEA. Highly recommend them. I wouldn't use anything but the compounded bioidenticals. They have saved my life!
