Post-Op 15 days.

Good Morning, I had my surgery 11/30/2011, my Dr. was going to try to do the DaVinci but not a success. I was on the operating table 9 hours and 32 minutes, and the surgery was not complete. I had a total hyster. had lots of adhension and scar tissue from previous surgery. Im feel good one part of day then horrible a little while later. I cry over nothing. Please let me know if this is common. Just a little frustrated. I love reading all the stories, thanks.

sfmiller, Im 15 days post op too. And I have been an emotional wreck over nothing...crying over things I would usually laugh at. I just saw my Doc yesterday who assured me that its just my body getting use to its "new self" and this too shall pass. Keep smiling, youre not alone!

We had the same surgery date, but my gosh, just being under anesthesia that long is traumatizing enough! I'm so sorry to hear it was such a challenge. Have faith that it will get better!

I have never been on any medications (except testosterone pellets) so the toxic feeling of all these drugs in my system was glaring. I'm finally feeling more like my normal self... even if the physical self is still catching up. And yes, I notice that I feel great one part of the day, then not so great the next!
