Feeling Good but still spotting 4 weeks after surgery

I feel great. My surgery was on 3/27 and it took 2 full weeks to be actually functional. Week 1 forget it week 2 a intermittment walking zombie. But every week since gets better. I am still spotting some days more so then others but always spotting everyday. I feel itchy at times. Sometimes I have had that sensation of a paper cut internally? Not sure why. I have no regrets and in time this will have been the best thing I could have done for myself to live with no further problems. I am anxious like everyone else to get past it. BM were awful the first 2 weeks still not good but more sore now then pain. The pain was so intense I was frightened about going. But I survived. I wear loose jeans around my stomach and sometimes if i am just sitting around the house I leave them unbottoned for some reason that feels better even if they're loose. PJ bottoms are the best ) So best of luck to everyone going through this. My follow ups are in 2 weeks.

I had my dvH on 4/10.... I feel pretty good! I even went away for 3 day getaway (hubby had interview) so I tagged along and did some sight seeing. I have had spotting on and off... some days nothing, then.. omg, I see, it and get nervous. My BM are pretty normal, and I have not pain, more heaviness in stomach sometimes.... I do worry about the spotting, but guess it is normal. I get to the point where I think, I am done, light pink.. then brownish.. then.. heavier.... guess it is normal at 4 weeks, stitches.... I go to dr. in 2 weeks for internal.

It will be six weeks on Tuesday and still spotting. However I did have to have a silver nitrate treatment done last friday on an area of the rectocele. That was at my urologists who saw an issue and told me to let my obgyn dr know about it when I see him next. I might need another treatment but hopefully not. I see that dr in 2 weeks so I had so much work done I'm not too worried about the spotting YET.
