Very Last Period!

I am excited about one thing! I'm on the last period of my life! I've been bragging to my daughters. Surgery is in 3 wks. Very anxious but looking forward to life after.

I too am on my last period of my life. I know how you feel, it is such a relief! I almost can't contain my joy at thinking how my life will be different! No more planning things around my period. No more carrying large pads and handfuls of tampons in my purse. Heck, I might not even carry a purse anymore! I can also go back to wearing white shorts! It's been years since I wore white. Also no more searching out bathrooms in every public place!! Enjoy the satisfaction!

My surgery is set for Oct. 3. Can't wait!

It is so funny that you bring that up. I came dancing into the house this weekend gleefully telling my DH that I had just bought my last box of tampons. Actually my last two boxes, it takes two to get me through a period these days. Anyway, my surgery is on Oct. 11th and I can't wait!!! I'll actually be able to make plans without worrying if it will be one of those days that I won't be able to leave the house because of heavy bleeding. I can have a real life! Hooray!!!

Yay Trudy! I'm waiting for my last one in about a week...I cleaned out my bathroom cabinet yesterday and all the tampons and pads went in the trash...well, I saved one box for next week but boy am I happy about never having to buy those again

Having that last period is wonderful....My last period was so exciting about being the last one it stayed for 23 days!!!!

I just bought my last large package of pads & tampons (it takes BOTH for me to get through a period) 2 days before my dr informed me of my upcoming hyst! Guess I'll find a place to donate! LOL

I was so excited about my last period about a week ago. My surgery was scheduled for TODAY 9/23. Now I've been postponed until Oct 2 because of a latex allergy I have and the hospital wasn't anticipating. The way I've been bleeding, it'll be my luck to start again before my big day.

When this is all over, I'm going to use my left over big mamma pads as invitations to a party celebrating my non menstrual status!

I can hardly wait!!! Just finished my period and have one more to go next month!!! YAAAHOOO!!! With any luck at all I may get called in earlier on a cancellation but if not 1 more period it is! I can hardly wait to never have to plan a holiday around it, yes wearing white, ruining more underwear than I care to mention! I can't wait to buy some pretty things...heaven forbid maybe even a thong!!! I can't imagine!!! All this pain gone and feeling good...I don't remember what it's like!!! Soon...very soon.... we'll be at the finish line and we'll all be winners!
