Hot feet at night ~ anyone else?

Hey, I'm new to this site. Had my hyster on June 4th. I'm not sure if i'm doing this right with this website. I'm not to computer savvy and I'm getting aggravated with this site b/c I can't figure it out. Just trying to look around.
Wanted to know if anyone's had problems with feet getting hot at night?? My insomnia is killing me so i feel exhausted always. Haven't driven in 3 weeks. I'm just tired. Anyone know about the hot feet?

i know computers and sites can be complicated...try to feel better first and then worry about becoming computer savvy. You got enough on your plate....LOL

I do get hot off and on day and night but mostly at night.....but I attribute that to my body getting used to the patch my DR put on me. And the fact that my body thinks it is in menopause...UGH!!! But not my feet so not sure what to say about that.

My sleep schedule is still getting back to normal....I still wake up at weird times and take while going back to sleep. So I try to get a small nap during the day..it seems to help

I drove for the first time a few days ago and it went ok but did not go far, it can exhaust you quickly. Just wanted to "test the waters". HAve someone go with you and they can take over if you get tired too fast

yes I have problems with my feet being hot - it gets diffult covering up because you don't want your feet in but your arms cold -

I have had the same thing too. I noticed if I have had a busy-ish day that my feet get really hot, turn a red/purple color and puff up when I am standing at the sink getting ready for bed.
Putting my feet up seems to help a lot and they look for the cold spot in bed all night! When my hands gegt really hot I run cold water over them, perhaps sitting on the edge of the tub soaking them in cool/cold water?
