As Tina says, sit down, have a cup of Raspberry Tea, or whatever else pleases your taste buds, and look around the site. A good place to start your information gathering, is in the Pull-Down Menus available at the bottom of the Hyster Sisters Home Page. The "Ladies in Waiting"section is especially interesting to sisters who are preparing for surgery.
