Book Inquiry

I am new to the site and I am fumbling around a bit.
Saw your posting and I am interested in your offer about
the book.

Did it really help? I have so many questions that
I forget them.

Surgery 2/26/01 ~ not really scared yet.... reality
hasn't hit yet... any advise?

Thanks for your time.

Anyone want Hystersister book?

The book is now back in print (order through the STORE) and it will be mailed by Feb 26.....

Ordering the book is a great way to support the website. Proceeds go back into the cost of running the website. Thanks ladies!

Yes, it was helpful

I was glad to have the book when I was in the hospital. I guess I should have clarified my original post. I will pass the book on...for a donation to the website. (Same way I got the book). A few of us thought it would be nice to pass it on..with a little inspirational message written inside to the next person that gets it.

Hi, Netsister here. My surgery is scheduled for 3-6-01. I've been off work since 12-18-00 because of Heavy bleeding, Throbbing left leg and migrain like headaches.

Reality has hit and survival is number #1 concern. Glad this site is here.

I second the motion!

Dear Sisters,

I , too have a copy of the Hystersisters book that I will part with for your promise of a donation to the site. It is a wonderful reference, and since my Hyster was in December, I'm pleased to say that I'm past the information-phase. Recovery takes a LONG time, and 10 weeks post-op, I'm doing very well. First 8 were tougher, and a test of patience with my physical self.
Please e-mail me , if you want the book. Make a $15.00 donation to the site. This way, it is sheer profit to them, with no cost to them of printing the book.
