vaginal burps!
I know it's probably strange and a little funny, but since my surgery I have started having vaginal wind! It's so embarrassing, Thankfully it has only happened in the privacy of my own home, but sometimes I stand up and have several seconds of what sounds like farting! Except it's coming from my vagina and I can't stop it! Why is this happening and how can I stop it from happening in public?

I know it's funny, it took it lot of courage to post that question, but I still laugh to myself even now when I think of it. But believe me it's not funny when you are talking to some stranger at the front door and you start making prolonged farting sounds! How do you deal with it then? i am really glad I found this site so that I can ask silly questions like this though. If I could'nt laugh with someone who understands I'd probably sit and cry! how are you doing? Is your recovery going well?

Hey!What is that?
I'm so glad you asked this! Thanks for being brave! I have no idea what this is, I have it just not "much" sound mostly the sensation. I've chalked it off my body just getting used to the differerny amount of space in my pelvic area.....

I had the same thing a time or two before surgery. No explanation, but can empathize. Maybe I'll learn something from your query. Good luck!

Thanks everyone for sharing and sympathising! I will follow the links. It's so good to laugh as well isn't it? My husband laughs at me constantly, but it's nice for me to be able to laugh too. I am the only female in a house of 6. 3 sons one husband and a male Great Dane. The dog is my biggest nightmare, he and I were shut in a room together last night because we were both farting! The only difference is he smells!
