TVH 1 week post hysterectomy clear liquid from vagina

Hey guys I need help, I'm 1 week post from a tvh. Had a dream of a hyster, no pain, no fatigue, no side effects, bm every day from day 3. Today I've noticed a clear odorless liquid leaking from my vagina. It's definitely from there, not urine. It soaks my panty liner, underwear, and pants in just a few minutes. I don't want to go to ER but this is very concerning and my docs not open for 3 days.

I call Er or advice nurse or who Ever is on call for your doctor. I would call right away.

With that much leakage, I agree that I would go to the ER or call your Doctor's emergency line if they have one. It never hurts to have it checked out.

It's from the stitches happened to me..

Sounds like what I have, which may be a fistula. Does it happen when you are standing and lying down?

I am seeing my doc on Wednesday. I am fearful another surgery to repair the hole awaits me.

I'll share what I learn. Would love to hear what you are told.

Thanks, that's what I was concerned about. I'm going to call my doc on Monday and see what he says.

It is difficult enough to recover from having this major surgery done without other complications. Please let us know how you make out at the doctors.

Sounds exactly what I have had too

Weeks 2-6 had this & rested az advised by Doctor & District Nurses & it stopped.
Then day short of week 9 pushed carpet cleaner it started again.

Rest & abdominal support now help alot .
Feel as though i am earlier days of recovery .
Going to make GP appointment on Wedensday &; have follow up appointment on Friday with Consultant.
Mine has been brown stained yesterday and iron smell.

It happens when I sit down or stand up.

I am anxious and worried about another surgery glad i found you for support
