normal? Incision question

Hi ladies,
I am 5 1/2 mths post op and had "h " incision....i still have a very hard area under there, even as far as below my pubic hair line....what it is is scar tissue. If it really bothers you and you can tolerate it, using moisturizer, gently but firmly massage the area. Mine has lessoned quite alot sinse doing this on my Dr['s recommendation.

Check with your Dr first as your cases may be different to mine.
