Help! Still have swollen belly after 8 weeks, do anyone have some suggestion?

Ovaries: Removed both

I still have a swollen belly, but I also noticed that now it is half the size it was before my hysterectomy . But each day I'm sure brings us one day closer to getting rid of the swelling.
