path result question

Today I had my 1 month follow which confirmed the suspected diagnose of adenomyosis.
Some questions
1first heading under pathologic diagnose says uterus, cervix, hysterectomy
Mid interval/peri ovulatory pattern with amorphous eosinophilic change present, consistant with post curettage/biopsy effect. So question what does that mean..lol..and why does it say cervix when I had LSH.
2 uterus,myometrium,hysterectomy:
:adenomyosis. This question:I kept my cervix should I worry about it also being affected by adenomyosis? If so what would be the symptoms?
I'm almost 4 wks out have I have lower right side pain at times severe and Sharp.Seems to be worse with sitting or standing for prolonged periods, but can happen at rest.Hurts when I cross my legs.Right hip and thigh pain and of coarse swelly belly. Not sure which of these symptoms are normal at this stage of recovery.Told Dr today some of symptoms but just sat here myself to think of all.He said due to abdominal wall healing and normal and then turned around and said should be healed. No exam just pressed on right side of belly until I said ouch.Told to resume normal activites as tolerated and no additional follow ups.I really hope it is normal because I really want to feel normal again.

Re: path result question

Hi,
First, I must let you know to take a deep breath and relax. I had my LSH on 2-16. Uterus and both tubes taken out. My path report reported Adenomyosis and fibroids. I do not know if the aden affects the cervix but from all the countless hours of reading up on it, it should not. My report said exactly what was taken out. so you need to ask your doctor so that you can put your mind to rest.
Second, I do still have the nagging pain and pelvic pressure and on and off weird feeling round my belly. My doctor did an internal and also mri to make sure there are no adhesions. It is worse sitting down and trying to walk. It takes a long time for your body to heal. Both mentally and physically. How is your sleeping? I did read that your body does the most healing when you are asleep.
I did go back to the doctor like 2 more times after my 1st post op complaining of the pain and pressure. He did assure me things take time. I wish I could assure you. But you know your body best. If you are worried, do go back and talk to your doctor. They can't tell you everything as we are all so different. I hope this helps. Feeling normal again will take a while.
