Will this go too?

I am scheduled for an abdominal hysterectomy on 1/22. Every month about a week before my period, my face will break out. Will this stop once I've had my surgery? I sure hope so!This will be one more thing I won't miss!!!
Thank you!

I suspect that it will depend on whether you keep your ovaries. If you do, then any PMS or other menstrual-cycle related hormonal symptoms may well persist, even though you wont have a period. If the ovaries go, the symptoms will probably go too.

Thank you all !!! It's probably my luck to be stuck in puberty for the rest of my life!!!! The best part of it is at least I won't have a period too!! If only my boobs would grow.

Pug, what lets me sleep at night is knowing soon I won't have to worry about going to sleep without my period and waking up in the morning with it all over me. Never having to worry about it again!!!

Thank you again!!
