Thank you for the hugs and sweet thoughts. Actually, I'm rather calm (considering). Last week, I thought I would crawl out of my skin if I had to wait another day, but something clicked over the weekend, and I have been serenely calm (almost out-of-body like). Nope, I didn't get a prescription to calm me down. Just must be the answer to all those prayers.

I also want to thank everyone for the information provided here, the detailed chronologies of pre-surgery, hospital stays and post-surgery recovery. I think that has greatly added to my sense of calm. I know what to expect, and I can do it! I have not heard a single person say they wish they had not had a hysterectomy. The only people who try to talk me out of it are people who have never had surgery, and have no idea what I've been living with the past few years.

Thanks again ---- I'll blow kisses from laa-laa-land. . . . .

Thanks for all the encouraging and comforting words. I don't know about the other future princesses, but I really, really need that today! I am usually a calm person, however, this last week I am so typical of the stories I have read on this site....freaking out! It didn't help that I have had to travel on business these last two weeks and not had any time to prepare personally. My boss is also freaking out, so my stress level is higher than usual (duh.)

This website is a God send and I am so blessed to have found it. I am praying for everyone else that will be going to the castle tomorrow. I look forward to checking back in soon and hearing from the other July 31st princesses too.
