Phospha soda

I have to do the phospha soda thing this weekend. I've heard that it's tastes just awful! Has anyone found something to help disguise the taste so it goes down easier?

Last time I used this prep (less than three weeks ago) I put it with a LITTLE bit of juice 'on the rocks' and it went down pretty durn easy. Oh yeah, I used a water 'chaser' after each sip/gulp. And the less you have in your intestines the easier the whole process is. Be sure to drink plenty of liquids and I do mean PLENTY as long as you are allowed to. It will just make things a lot easier.

Hi, yes I have done this. I was told last time I could mix 1/2 the bottle with 8 oz of seven up, or sprite. Then a couple of hours later do the second half of the bottle the same way. It isn't really that bad, just alittle sweet . Stay close to the potty, or stay sitting with a good magazine, or book, it is an experience you will never forget . Don't stray to far if you are not sitting and waiting. Hope it goes quickly for both of us, and it really works,

PS: I forgot to tell you I was doing mine tonight. I think this is the closest I will ever be to being a princess sitting on the throne, I have spent alot of time there tonight. The only thing that is really difficult is if you have hemmoroids, I do, they do get a little irritated. I did mine with 7 up tonight, it went well and is still going, cheers
