Hair and Vision Issues Since Surgery

My vision went really funky. I pulled the contacts and am seeing adequately with my glasses. I think I might be getting back to normal, or at least to a point where I only need light reading glasses with my contacts, but won't know until I put the contacts back in. I have an appointment for the eye doctor Thursday, if my vision is still funky enough that I need a different contacts prescription temporarily. It's times like these I'm happy I've kept the same optometrist for over 20 years - Hopefully, he'll just give me some sample lenses if I need them, and I won't have to buy more that might not be good in a few weeks. (I had just picked up new contacts before surgery!)

I have been having some dry eye issues when wearing my contacts. Prior to my TAH/BSO, I had no problems. I talked with a friend who is an optometrist and she said it's very possible that it's a result of my surgery. I use Accuvue II's and she said that there are other contacts that have a higher moisture content. I will be making an appointment soon.
