Setback and major scare

I'm glad you're better now. Thanks for sharing your story. I'm sure it was super scary at the time, but hearing it helps me to remain calm should anything like this happen to me.

Setback and major scare

I am so glad you are alright! This is my worst nightmare. I told my doctor whatever you do, make sure nothing is going to open up. It is such a fear that I still do not sit up for a long time because of the pressure on my lower belly (I'm a big girl). The other night I was at the computer, here in fact, and was shutting things down, got up, and something gushed down my leg and splattered on the floor. I just wanted to scream and wake the house up. He! I spilled my pop.

Setback and major scare

Everything back to normal now thank goodness ya my surgeon along with the other ob/gyn thats in that building were there. Mine came in right before i was put out and calmed me down(he has a way of that i call him Mc Dreamy)lol It was my internal stitches dissolving and the tissue should have fused together but it didnt due to a blood clot in the way that formed post op sometime. I just kept thinking what if this happend in the middle of the night and I DIDNT WAKE UP and know it???? THANK GOD it happened early evening while i was awake How is everyone doin?

Good to hear you're doing okay now.

Had to smile at your McDreamy doctor. I had a lovely young man offer me a blood transfusion - I looked as white as a sheet, and felt dreadful, but he still made me smile..lol.
