a lot of how you are post op has to do whit how you are pre op. If you were down for a long time pre op that may have something to do with your post op goes. It also has to do with how your surgery goes. If your Dr had to do a lot of cutting and pulling that will also make you feel more pain post op. I am at 6 weeks post of yesterday and having more good days than bad, but don't get me wrong, there are some bad days. I get tired easy and I am still taking a pain pill or two a day.
So just hang in there and youll get there. If your symptoms persist or become bothersome I would call your Dr.

Thankyou i have phoned the clinic and i have an appointment to see the doc who did my op, so see her on the 19th Aug the day after my 1st wedding anniversary. My husband has been fab and very suportive. I just want to make it up too him now. I had so sever pain b4 my op and was druged up that i thought i was loosing my mind some days, and like i said i was bed or sofa ridden all the time, this is so getting me down now, but iam so glad i got it done as the pain i had has now gone, its just the pain i have now from the op. As everyone keeps reminding me Rome was'nt built in a day, and listen to your body, very good advice to everyone .

Thats right Rome wasn't built in a day and I need to remind my self of that sometimes. I hope your appointment goes well. And I hope you get to feeling better. I know that b4 my surgery I felt like crap, lot of right sided pain. Bleeding from my right ovary, endo, and fibrosis on the top of my uterus, so like you I was druged up pretty bad, but know we can wean off the meds and eventually get back to daily life without the pain. And again, good luck to you sister.
