Weight gain?

It is hard whenyou cannot do calorie burning exersises. Two weeks out and I have not been eating as much because I have to prepare my own food. It is a challenge to eat right, when you cannot stand long enough to prepare a complete meal. The thought of gaining what I have lose in the past year is disheartening! Heres to a healthy and thinner new year!

This was one of my biggest fears going in, and I did gain 12 lbs but have been able to get back to running and exercising even more than before so have lost it and a few more also eating more healthy
