Questions

Hi All,
I am pretty bummed today as I have been since I had what was to be my 2 week appointment ( it was 3 weeks) Come to find out I am not healing as fast as he would have liked. I was having a lot of pain /cramping but come to find out I have an infection. I was overwhelmed with the nasty stench and the horrible part was it did it after I showered about 2 hours after. Any way to my point I was on antibiotics when i got out the a week later and now am on it again. I have an oral and a gel that I have to use an applicater for. On thursday when i did the applicator I bled afterwords do you think I may have just hit an unhealed part? I am not bleeding anymore it stopped by thursday night. But another question is the discharge which is yellow how long will that last since I am on medicine? If it doesnt go away could there be a pocket of infection that cant be seen? I am a mess about all of this I just want to be normal lol. He the dr says he will get me back to normal but I am sceptical. Any advice would help greatly even somthing to ease my mind on all of this thanks a head of time

That is horrible. Can you ask your doc for a non-plunger method?? My doc also put me on a plunger method of yeast cream and I called and said it hurt too much. They gave me diflucan and that worked great. If you are discharging yellow, maybe your antibiotic isn't working for your particular infection. Did you have it cultured? If not, it may be important to do so so you'll know which antibiotics will cure your infection. Hang in there and hope you feel better soon.

hanks so much Ill have to call I think he did the culture I am gonna call Monday and try to get in to see the dr again I dont want this worse than what it could get to thanks for the support
