snowskiiers, anyone??

We have a skiing trip planned for later this month. I'll be 9wks post-op. Has anyone gone skiing and how did you feel? I can do hafl days if that's all I feel up for or I can just let my dh and kids go and I can stay at the cabin if I'm definitely not up for it. They're really hoping good ol' mom can ski!

Hope to hear from some of you who've tried.

Thanks.

Hi , I don't ski but I wanted to remind you to go slow and easy Please make sure that you have your dr's approval.

At 9 weeks post op you'll still be healing and overdoing can really take a toll on you.

I'll have to admit that sitting in the lodge & drinking a hot chocolate or coffee sounds pretty good to me.

Have fun.
