Emotional Rollercoaster

Yesterday I freaked out.. Thanks to the words of encouragement and the kindness of everyone of you who took time to write and offer comfort and advice I am forever grateful
I sat this morning with my DD and DS and we wrote a list for the next few days til my op. Each day there are jobs for each of us (trying in vain to get the house straight). At the end of each day we have each put a treat that we would like if/when we have done our chores e.g. watch a film/ take away food /go out with friends(DD) lol. We tried it today and have accomplished an awful lot and I feel much calmer and a lot more organised. Plus the kids know what I am expecting of them instead of me yelling and acting like a lunatic because they won't do anything to help. We are having a day off on Thursday and going out for the day (destination yet to be agreed upon)
Anyway I would just like to say ladies "you are all very much appreciated" Thank You for being here XXXX

Just want to say Good Luck. I was just told I needed a Hyst. today and am scheduled for Aug. 30, so I know any words of encouragement would be greatly appreciated. I wish you the best and hope you have an easy recovery...

Hi,
I think that you read my post today, so you know that I can totally relate to how you are feeling. Like all of the women have said before me, "waiting is the worst part."
Soon your day will come and you can put all of this behind you and be pain free....... We are all gonna be fine and get through this together. This site is a god- send and don't know what I would of done without it. I am off to the castle tomorrow , am looking forward to putting this all behind me. Can't wait to be a "post op princess...'
In my prayers,
Tara
