TVH: Frustrated

So this morning I had my pre op labs, X-ray and EKG done. Was supposed to have pre op with GYN today, and for the 2nd time her office called and rescheduled it. So today I used 1/2 day of PTO that I really couldn't afford to use for them to reschedule. The first time they moved it was cause it was too far in advance of surgery. Today she had a delivery. I know that comes up at last minute, but I'm just getting frustrated in general. Now I go 7/5 at 1:20 for pre op apt. Seems like someone else in the office could have covered the 5 min question/ answer abt what's coming up. It just feels like nearly every appt they have changed something abt it.

I'm also housesitting, which I thought would help keep my mind off things. However I know have 4 dogs instead of two and they are driving me batty - new clients do I didn't realize how much work they would be. I'm sure it seems worse than it is though since I'm starting to stress abt everything in general.

So I just got a call from my NPs office who did my labs this morning... Turns out the lab was spinning one of the vials from this morning and it exploded. Now in addition to the moved GYN appt I also get another blood draw.

I'm starting to wonder if these things are all a sign. At this point if my surgery happens when scheduled ill be amazed.

If anyone hears a loud scream from Indiana, it's just me and my frustration.

The days before surgery can be very stressful indeed, and it does not help having all of these other things pile up on you. I know all of this makes you want to or or or !! Go ahead and scream - we will support you!
