Hi, I just found this site today and it has helped answer a lot of my questions. I had a TAH on Sept. 13, 2007. I've been experiencing the numbness and tingling in my belly and thought I was crazy until I found this site. I do have a question though. I have a hard lump or knot above my incision on my left side. Can anyone tell me if this is normal?

Iam on week 5 and still do have some numbness and tingling on/in belly, it has lessen with time. I also still have a small lump/bump on the left of my incision, my doctor thought it was ok. Walking is the best thing you can do, start small. I am only going round the block still at 5 weeks. The more iam on my feet the more my belly swells. take care
