Back cramping after supra cervical hysterectomy

I had my surgery three weeks ago and about ten days ago my back started hurting and almost feeling like back labor but not that painful, just annoying. I would describe it as achy, almost in a triangular shape from mid spine out to hips. Any ideas? My dr was no help.

I'm 5 weeks post op. I have backaches as well. He said this was normal and will pass over time. We spend time in recovery not using our core muscles and when we get moving again we ache. Add that to the positioning during surgery and I totally understand the ache. If it gets to be more than an ache call your doctor.
