Even at 2 weeks, I found that later in the day, I would be hunched over again, I think it was swelling that did it then.

The belly binder helped me to straighten up.Supported my back.I remember my mother saying that after my surgery I should try to not walk hunched over.

I think even at 3 weeks it was easy to stand up in the morning and then not so much later in the day. I did, and sometimes still do, feel like an old person. And my staples came out day 3. Maybe try walking a little more each day.
