5 days post hysterectomy: Can bloating tear stitches? I'm worried

I had my SAH on Wednesday 4/29. While I was at the hospital, (besides reaction to the dilaudid and tweaking meds)my recovery was doing well. I had a BM Saturday before I went home and figured things would continue to go well. I had 3 BMs on Saturday and one Sunday morning. Then everything stopped.

I am so bloated. My stomach is getting very tight. It is pulling and hurting especially on my left side stretching around to my back. I noticed that I am also swelling below my incision line. It is a bit numb there still. And when the swelling gets really bad I get pins and needles across my abdomen.

I have tried gas-x, colace and tums. The colace worked in tbe hospital, I don't know what changed. I know it hasn't been that long, but I'm worried my internal stitches are pulling because it's so puffy.

I feel my intestines moving things around but nothing comes out. Sometimes it feels like things are moving backwards.

Any suggestions or similar experiences?

Has anyone had success with aloe? My husband's client suggested it to him.

Thinking maybe I should call my Dr
