shooting pains

Today marks 11 days post total hysterectomy. I think that I have been healing very well until late-night. Now I am having severe pain in my right lower abdomen, where the ovary is and shooting pains in my anus along with a lot of pressure. I'm scared that it might be some kind of prolapse. Any one experience this?

I've been having something similar, not severe, just annoying. For me, it's usually gas moving through my intestines. I can feel it move. I have the pain in the lower right abdomen, but it's just a dull ache and not constant. Seems to get better when gas moves. If you're not sure, call your doctor.
