Swelling after eating

I am 19 days post op from TVH and alot of reconstructive work done also. My question is.....Does anyone else get bloated after eating? Eating anything (no matter what it is) makes me swell miserably. I am taking the Gax X pills 3 times a day and drinking plenty, so I don't understand. Bowel movements haven't been an issue from day 1. Just makes me not want to eat ANYTHING.

Three weeks post op for me today and I'm also still getting bloated. I also don't have any issues with BM and I'm swelling up regardless of what I do. I've woken up this morning without the swelly belly but not sure how many hours that will last for.
