3 weeks post hysterectomy and bad spasm pains in pelvis/outer vaginal wall

After my hysterectomy I had heart and Oxygen issues that added to post op stress. About 1 week post op had liver function issues. I have followed EVERY rule, EVERY guideline. My hysterectomy was difficult because the uterus had actually grown into the abdominal wall. Last week at post op follow up surgeon released me from his care so now I don't even know if I call him or OB. But I am having shooting pains, basically in the front of my vagina. First it started off a couple here or there but now it is happening quite often and very severe. Bad after I release my bladder as well. Is this normal? Any ideas?
