Well, only suprise is that I had adenomyosis. Who knew. Even though bleeding didn't start until yesterday, it's normal. I'm pleased he just did the vaginal cuff and didn't shorten the vagina like some do. Not going back to work in 10 days like we thought I might be able to do, at least another 4-5 weeks, no hot tub or pool for at least 2 weeks, still can't drive. Never even tried to look inside (I was so afraid he would), refilled rx for pain.

We went to Sam's Club, a movie and Costco. We were out about 8 hours so I'm exhausted! Had a great time and it was so nice to get out of the house and spend the day together. Probably over did , guess we'll see how I feel tomorrow. I used those ride on things at the stores, so I wasn't walking the whole time. They are kinda fun!

Hi Morti. Had my post-op appt on the 13th too, I had a LAVH. Had endo, adeno, cysts/fibroids on both uterus & cervix, plus scar tissue.

Did he not clear you for driving since you were still taking pain medication? Noticed you mentioned refilled rx for pain. The only way my gyn would clear me for driving yesterday if I was NO LONGER taking pain medication, which I stopped on Monday. The ibuprofen works better for me, since the percocet only made me tired, would fall asleep then wake up within an hour with the same pain and it made me have weird dreams, just didn't feel it was worth taking it. So, I just take the ibuprofen when needed. Take care.

Pretty sure that's why, but it's okay. Danny's off until the 24th, we very seldom go anyplace w/o the other.
