Just wanted to let everyone know that I had my TAH on Oct 31.. All went well, I'm home from the inlaws. The pathology came back clean, only abmormal thing was my bladder was attached to my uterus!
Ok.. Good luck all and see you on the post op side!

My sister's bladder was attached to her uterus too. She found out when she had a c-section. Her doctor has told her to inform any doctor that ever talks about performing a hyst on her. I've already told my doc about this in case it's a gene trait.

My bladder and uterus were attached to each other, too. Made my surgery an extra hour long. (No wonder I had to go potty every 2 hours day and night! )

Take care of yourself and allow yourself to be pampered. Remember, you're royalty now.

I'm up every 2 hours to pee... I thought maybe it was all the ice chips I was eating, but those lil buggers are small.
Hubby isnt allowing me to do anything, but is keeping the humor rolling.. I was asleep earlier, got up from a nap and he goes "Geesh about time you got up.. Must be nice to lay around".. I musta looked at him in a way he didnt like and he apologized.. Now I just roll with it!

I can't wait to be able to get out of bed without moaning.. Thats my goal next week!
