My bladder hurts when I urinate!

Hi, I we had out hysterectomies the same day. I had a TVH and TVT sling with anterior repair. I was wondering if you are still having the heaviness. I have no infection. If I have been sitting for too long when I go to get up it fells like all the blood rushes to my vagina/crotch area. I am going to Pelvic Floor PT because I have Pelvic Floor Disfunction, my pelvic floor is very tight , it doesn't stretch so I have alot of pain when areas are pushed on. I also have overactive bladder after the sling was put in. Anyway, I was just wondering if you are ok now. I know it takes a long time to heal....I have been back to my surgeon and everything is healing. I am stumped. I was also diagnosed with nerve pain..........thanks
